Just fantastic - the cabin is so cosy and spacious. I loved the risen-up bed with the settee underneath. I sat and watched the birds in the morning and was very pleased to hear a bullfinch one day!

I was able to practice my fire lighting skills (I think i’ve got the hang of it now!) and had a great time exploring the land around the site (I even caught a glimpse of the Exmoor ponies). Ty Mawr is a lovely relaxing place to hang out during the day - in fact I didn’t really want to go anywhere else! We even had a visit from the cat on the last night :)

So thrilled to come back for our third stay after our second, way back in 2018! The cabin was just as we fondly remembered. The addition of Ty Mawr the new communal space is fab.

We had such a wonderful stay in this cosy cabin. The little details really made for a perfect stay - we loved playing the guitar and playing Scrabble. Ty Mawr is fantastic - having a fridge and hob is so useful. Loved going for little walks in the hills nearby and a quick pint of Gower Gold at the Sexton Arms.

Wood burners were so lovely and the firelighters got everything going so quickly.

We’ll definitely be back, such a perfect peaceful spot for a restorative break. Thanks!

What a beautiful place. Waking up to the sound of the birds, a coffee on the deck and a visit from a feline friend - what could be better?

For those interested in local walks, the circular route around Llyn y Fan Fach and Fawr is great. A challenge, but nothing a dip in the lake won't sort out! (And a lovely hot shower back at Ty Mawr.)

A stay we won't forget!

I really like the serene, calm atmosphere of the Welsh countryside and this cabin captures that feeling incredibly well! I also like the shared area, we've had fun with our friends.

This place is wonderful!

The cabin is unique and cosy and the view of the meadow with all its natural diversity provides much needed rest, relaxation and reset.

The added building with shared area is a great idea - it will be lovely to visit again with friends or family.

I had a couple of visits from one of the cats who was very playful! The soundscape is truly beautiful - I've had the best time, thank you!

What an amazing week! The kids all had a wonderful time roaming between the cabins and barn and down to the river. Despite the weather we managed some amazing walks and us adults did a few runs along the quiet country roads. As expected the stars really were incredible!

Thank you for a lovely stay, this was a fab place to spend my 24th birthday. Our little girl loved the outside and trying ot invite the cats in! We can't wait to come back, we love it here!
