UNDER STARRY SKIES works with BEDFUL Booking Software to process bookings, who act as its Data Processor in respect of any personal data relating to the Customer.

UNDER STARRY SKIES will not share or use the personal data provided by you or by the Customer for any other purposes. We will take appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful use of such personal data and against accidental loss or destruction or damage to personal data. We will not transfer such personal data to a country or territory outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area without your prior written consent. 

Our bookings are made through Bedful booking software, please refer to their privacy policy for more detailed information on how they may use customer data. Please note that if you have booked any of our accommodation through a third party (e.g. Canopy and Stars, Airbnb etc.) you will need to refer to their own privacy policies.
